YOU NEED A DEGREE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT!

I was hoping to consolidate a few of my accounts/investments under a single umbrella. 2 x Trust Accounts, Local Share Portfolio, Offs**** Share Portfolio, Forex Account, Credit Card and Cheque Account etc.

The response was swift. I was told that I do not qualify. I can open an Online Share Trading account but nothing else.

I either need to have a Degree and/or work for a Multinational Company!???

I can understand the target market is not the Lower/Middle income groups but to preclude someone on the basis of a University degree seems silly and quite frankly condescending.

I suggest adding a large banner to your homepage - "EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROFESSIONALS" so that the rest of us mere mortals don't waste our time applying.
