Worst banking app!

This has to be the worst banking app every. Every 2 to 3 months there is an issue. Despite asking my banker to escalate the issues there are still problems. 3 months ago the international payments just didn't work. Then there was an issue with online purchases. Not the international transfers are not available on the app. When I moved my portfolio to investec I really thought because of the premium rates and selective clients they have, i would have these types of issues. It it getting so bad that I am seriously considering moving back to Nedbank where I had NONE of these issues.
