What had happened to Investec service?????

I was with investec for many years up untill about 8 years ago, and had a brilliant experience. I am now trying to open a bank account for a company, have been transferred to the wrong people and the ones I did speak to promised to send information, to date nothing. What has happened to the excellent service , it seems to be a thing of the past.
