What a mess -Investec Bank

Firstly and formost I must say am very appalled about Investec disgraceful service being such a Global bank.I have an investment with them.On Monday the 5th August I phoned their Cash Investment Dept and spoke to a guy called Andrew requesting a certain amoubt to be paid to me immediately.I was told about a penalty fee which I agreed on.As per the conversation the money would be paid out in 24 hours .It took them 50 hours to pay the money into the intended account after me phoning them again queeying about the non-payment.The horror I also received is that my lnvestment account was debited 2x of the amount requested however only one amount was oaid to me .I phoned again spoke to Lebohang who advised that it was a system error it woul be corrected.I must say through all this craziness Lebohang has been if great help.I apolaud her a great deal.I must beed to accountbalance to be corrected though.What an experience from South Africa’s finesse.Am shocked
