Very very poor service

I'm very stressed and depressed about the poor service at Investec,I sold my shares on the 9th of june via email and then actually called them on the 10th of june to do the sale telephonically,I was told the whole process of selling and payment will be 10 working days, ever since then I never got any proof of sale I've sent them emails and was told my shares have not been sold yet,but strangely other people who have sold after me did receive price notifications and got paid,I have just lost a loved one in this whole waiting process I am heavily heartbroken and grieving I can't sleep at night because of this,I sent them emails to plead with them to do the right thing as I feel there's ********** activity going on there still they didn't respond to my emails, Investec has disappointed me and I have a dead body at the mortuary that needs to be laid to rest..I feel ****** at some point, because the share price has dropped drastically.im really unhappy, this must be told to the Media and national tv if not speedily attended to by your CEO.

South Africa must hear my story,at first my main reason to ask investec sell my shares for me while they were at R180per share on the 10th june was because I needed to save my home from repossession and pay off my debts due to loosing my business because of this covid-19 pandemic,I had not being paying my debts and bond. Then after I was told that selling of my shares and getting my payment will take 10 working days I panicked and had no choice but to make a quick decision,I therefore sold my vehicle for a lousy amount to protect my property, patiently waiting for the 10days I was very angry to be told my shares were not sold, which is a lie because I have proof of people that sold 8 days after me who received price notifications and got paid.Right now my heart is bleeding because on the 26th we lost a loved in the family,so I decided to sell 13 more shares via the online platform and immediately got an email confirming my request to sell then on the 29th I sent an email to Investec and still was told the same story,I really don't know what to do as I need my money very urgently to bury my loved one,or should I just plead with the funeral parlour to help me take the dead body from the mortuary and deliver it to Investec head offices so that I can get help.My question still stands,How come a person who sold their shares 8days after me gets paid while I'm still kept in the dark I may be 50 years old but I'm not a fool,I know money,I wouldn't have bought these shares back in the year 2010 if I never knew how money works, older people are often victims of ***** and that is what's happening to me right now,My shares were sold at high price and my payment was delayed until the shares dropped drastically,Investec did this intentionally so that they pay me the lowest offer and claim that the market is slow which is absolutely not true.I regret ever trusting Investec to handle my shares and finances.Im suffering from depression

Investec is not taking my problem seriously. After sending them emails pleading for fairness and efficiency they still show no action of speeding up my sales of shares. These shares are the only source of income for me.How will I bury my loved one it's been 10days after her death the body still at the mortuary Investec is refusing to pay my money they keep lying that my shares have not been sold, how come?Trades never go beyond 10days
