Very poor service

I'm not happy with the way things turned out after I had complained at Investec about my shares that had not been sold as yet,right now i have to sell my expensive home furniture and other valuable assets for cheap prices in order to get money to bury my loved one who passed away on the 26 june last month.im asking myself how come others that sold before me are still continuing to receive price notifications.This is so unfair ,I'm loosing everything that I've worked so hard for just because of investec's poor service towards me.The consultants that are answering our calls must be exposed to the media because it's clear they are getting paid bribes to sell shares for others.
