Useless Banker
Can I have a new banker, my banker Mpho Nompozolo is very useless. I have been emailing and calling him, no feedback concerning youth account and changing my statement to statement at the beginning or end of the month. He only send markets index useless emails and ignore my requests.

16 Sept 2024, 14:02Hi, My statement date is still not changed and ever since I have not heard from your banker concerning this. Neither am I allocate a new banker. If you can't allocate me a new banker can you atleast resolve my issue or get your banker to give me feedback...
