Slow and unresponsive. I created this Hello peter account just to write this review. Investec, you suck.

You claim to be some premium bank, yet you are slow to respond and unhelpful. Why am I even a client???

Clearly Kelsey Uren, Kiara Ramiah, Thuli Tsongang, the FX team have better things to do than assist clients. Maybe my business is too small for you guys, its probably that, right?

I specifically asked you for help, this is the first time we are launching a US entity and we have never transferred funds like this to a different country, I asked for help... You didn't bother to even point me in the right direction. You even said you would charge for this work, I didn't question that once.
