Unit Trust Login Issues
So much for Investec assisting clients when they have problems. I have been trying to login to my Unit Trust Portfolio but have not been able to for over a week now. I have not forgotten my password, but if you say - 'forgotten password' the system says it will send you an email so that you can reset your password. What a joke! I have tried this and do not get an email. I have now sent 4 emails and get no help whatsoever

09 Oct 2020, 10:12If you held your unit trust portfolio with Investec Asset Management, this no long available on our online systems as they are no longer part of Investec. This is why your login or email address isn't working.
You need to go to NinetyOne to get access to your unit trusts now. Contact them via their website https://ninetyone.com/.
