Unfair treatment by Investec

I can not believe the way Investec has treated me.

Being a young professional, I joined Investec because of benefits it boasted to have for young professionals especially when it comes to home loans.For a couple months, all was well. Until I app**** for a home loan. Investec refused to give me 100 % on the loan because it said that it viewed the property I wanted to purchase as an investment property.Mind you, I had given investec NO INDICATION that the property was going to be for investment purposes.When I enquired more about the issue, they told me that that their reasoning was based on the fact that the property was in a different city to where I was at the time.This was very ironic given the fact that I was told by a property sales representative that Investec had given another client, who lived in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COUNTRY , a 100% home loan. Secondly, I was not asked about my living arrangements going forwards.

Im very disappointed and will probably switch back to my traditional bank. Atleast there I know I will be treated fairly
