<p>Absolutely remarkable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't fly often but need to give a shout out to <strong>Erica Muller</strong> at Travel by Investec.</p> <p> </p> <p>She went out of her way to assist me becuase I need a medical device on my carry on luggage which also exceeded the weight limit. She contacted me more than 6 times, made numerous calls on my behalf and kept me informed all the way before the flight. Exceptional service and great person to converse with over the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>Will definitely travel more in the future and certainly book with Investec.</p>
