Terrible Service and non attendance of meeting

I am not certain what the big deal of banking with Investec is. Over two weeks ago, a colleague recommended banking with Invested and contacted Brynn White to contact me. Indeed he contacted me and informed me he was going on leave sent my details through to Lerato Senokoanyane who contacted me days later giving me some few excuses why no one had come to see me yet. She informed me that she would have to locate a colleague who would be able to meet me at my preferred location. Daniel Kedar then contacted me and scheduled a meeting for today - which he did not pitch for. During this time he also did not contact me to inform me he was no longer attending the meeting.<br> <br> I am banking with another bank who act immediately or come see me when required. So far, I have not seen the big \hoo haa\" of dealing with Investec. They have been slow, unprofessional (Brynn informed me that they do not offer financial advise and do not want to make the visit if I am not seriously considering moving over - basically to not waste his time ) and did not pitch for a meeting they scheduled. I find them to be a total disgrace and seem far more overrated they are. Total disappointment according to me."
