Suspecting *****

I'm really depressed because of investec's poor service towards me.from the 10th of June when I first requested to sell my shares till today I've been played left right and centre and i even feel that my shares are not sold on purpose.i have been waiting for my money ever since it's now two months but I was told to wait for the 10 working days policy that usually all companies say.when I asked for the brokers contacts they gave me non existing numbers the lady I spoke to said they don't have their email addresses and that too is questionable.investec is even failing to atleast pay me for the 13 shares I sold on 26 june today is the 12th of August What ***** is Investec doing with our shares
