Still Waiting: My Struggle to Move Funds from Investec

I've had a great experience with Investec so far, but that changed when I needed to transfer my Tax-Free Savings funds to Easy Equities. This frustrating process has been dragging on since January 2025, and I still have to call in weekly to check on progress because they rarely provide any updates. I have missed out on capital gain in the process. Investec, how long does it actually take to transfer funds to another institution?
