Snobbish and disdainful

I feel like I'm stuck in the Pretty Woman storyline. No matter how much money I earn, and no matter how I climb the corporate ladder, I still get the impression that I'm wasting my private banker's time. If you are not a Chartered Accountant, you get treated like a second class citizen. Despite being a highly qualified professional with a doctorate, the snobbish attitude of many Investec bankers is very off-putting. And as other reviewers have pointed out, the banker changes every 6 months or so. Do they hate their job so much? I remain with Investec for two reasons: firstly, to spite them. Secondly, their interest rates are usually better than other banks. But their service, especially vehicle financing, is horrible. Next time I'm buying a new car, I'll do it through Wesbank.
