Shoddy partnership with UCook

Investec should know better than to associate themselves with, and promote, ************ like UCook. I would have written this review on UCook's page too but, unsurprisingly, they don't even bother to respond to unhappy customers. Your/Their discount/voucher promotion was a joke. After numerous emails back and forth with UCook, then numerous calls back and forth with both of you - the outcome is that I get ********** either way. Next time Investec should do its homework before using its brand to vouch for the likes of UCook. Don't bother calling me (again), because I am done with this conversation.
