Service provider transferred amount debited but not paid to FNB

Had to do a payment twice because I sent money from Investec to FNB but even though it shows on the bank statement that the money was debited from the investec account but it was never received by FNB. The private banker didn't entertain the idea of assisting with understanding were the money went to.
