RTC payments not cleared after more than 12 hours
Not happy at all. Yesterday (28/01) at 12:30 RTC payments were made to my accounts. Needless to say....no proof of payment received and no payments in my RMB, ABSA and FNB accounts. Why are Investec clients charged R40 for a RTC (which is supposed to show in the beneficiary’s account within 60 seconds) and then the funds are not transferred? They only called the accountholder to confirm the amounts to be paid and that is where it ended. The accountholder called this morning and was told to send an e-mail. Always stalling. Why are payments taking so long to leave Investec? Love the banker and his efforts, disgusted with the Investec process of transferring funds.

You are more than welcome to send this through to ***. We would then be in contact with the account holder going forward as this is their account.
