Risk Management Professionalism

I want to express my disappointment with the way I was treated by Investec’s risk management team. During my recent interaction, I was spoken to in a manner that was dismissive and showed no respect. As a woman, I found the tone and approach unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect in all professional dealings, regardless of circumstances. This experience has left me feeling disregarded and frustrated, and I believe it falls short of the standards one should expect from a company of Investec’s stature. I would appreciate it if this matter is reviewed and appropriate steps are taken to ensure this type of conduct does not recur.
