Revolving credit account which does get closed

I opened a revolving credit account with Investec many years ago. The revolving credit account was cancelled an I was requested to pay a fixed amount to settle it monthly. After a certain period I paid it off.<br> <br> It was paid through a debit order, so when the debt was paid, the debit order automatically stopped. After a while i kept receiving a statements that I owe the bank. i called the bank to clarify and I was told it was bank fees. I questioned the fact that I have not facility (fees are called facility fees) and they automatically stopped the debt order signaling that the debt has been paid so the revolving credit facility should also be closed. i have called since that until 2015, nothing as been done instead I am now having a debit monthly to pay the facility fee which I do not even have. when you call Investec you are transferred from one person to the other until the fone dies without anyone willing t help. i suppose it s the bank **** to solicit money from customer. Considering the size of Investec to be robbing a poor customer like me, it is said and unprofessional.<br> <br> Shocking...
