Revolting, unprofessional and complete failures of service

I've experienced Investec as utterly hypocritical, claiming customer service as their strength, yet failing dismally at it. I've been trying to get Investec to quote for a personal account, a business account, and several properties in financing. They were given the directives up to and including 10 December. Here we are, 17 days later, having made absolutely no progress that we know of, and had my and my agents communications ignored.

My experience has been nothing less of disgusting, unprofessional, distasteful and unreasonably insufficient and poor. One cannot operate personal or business finances when parties are delinquent.

Unless you like your finances to be inaccessible and unmanageable, or your personal and business activities to be enormously delayed and potentially even prejudiced, rather shop on, this is not the place for your desires.
