Requests to open accounts are not being reverted

I have requested to open an account and left my details online and it’s been 3 weeks now, no one called me. I then called a week ago and a consultant by the name of Shakir said I would get a call back within 24 hours. Still, to this day, no communication from them. I expected better from now Investec!
