Rejecting prospective clients

The staff at Investec is very helpful and the service is very fast. But although the law states that once you have been rehabilitated after sequestration, your sequestration may not be held against you as the High court has ruled you to be rehabilitated. Investec makes it clear they do not want you as a client due to the fact that you have been rehabilitated. It is sad as it is a very good bank with excellent service, but they judge you on your past and not on the future that you can build with them.
