I only wish the other companies in the country would provide such quality service as Investec. Every time I call in for assistance or query, every consultant had been professional, friendly and efficient. I used to be a Call Centre agents while I was studying at University. It is not an easy job to provide efficient and professional service to everyone. Keep it up ...
