Private banker service dropping the ball
From being the best by the longest way after 20 years you are pushed from private banker to private banker who don't try form a relationship with you and allow pathetic service. Please let me have a new banker!!

11 Nov 2020, 15:29Still no word out of Jhb but thankfully Byron Jacob's came to the rescue and I now have a competent banker in the form of Emma Trappler. Hopefully we can move forward but suggest Investec does fresh training on customer experience management with their bankers from now on.
