Private banker **********ly opens an account

I was looking to move my accounts to Investec and naturally negotiated that they give me better credit terms or at least match my current terms. A certain Thabo Ledimo (private banker) went ahead and opened an account for me based on a quote which was never accepted as they failed to match my current terms.

Because i was unaware of this account, it accrued bank charges for a couple of months and has now negatively affected my credit record as no payments were being made for such charges.

My mails and calls now go unanswered by Thabo.

I believe this may actually amount to ***** by the banker involved. Is anyone able to provide guidance on how one can go about getting recourse in such a situation?
