"Private Banker", a waste of money
After 8 years with this bank, I have come to realise that I have been paying for a "private banker" for nothing. Even a simple request ends up with me paying significant fees because two internal departments don't talk to one another. Requesting FNB to complete the same transaction - didnt cost me a cent and was done correctly. Investec is, and Im starting to realise, was always a waste of money.
