POOR SERVICE FROM INVESTEC

I am so disappointed with the service i am getting received from Investec. On the 18-03-2021 I received an email from Investec advising me that I have been issued with an IT88 from SARS. I was advised that Investec is obliged to withhold the amount of R8,505.76 from my share proceeds, end of March I was only paid R2000 from my shares. I then contacted Investec they said the remaining amount of R8,505.76 will be paid as soon I have settled the outstanding balance with SARS.

I have settled the full balance with SARS I am no longer owing them till today I battling to get my funds from Investec , I have been calling their useless Call Centre since March however I am being sent from pillar to post. I have nowhere else to turn to.
