Pathetic Investec Service.

Pathetic bank in replacing ****** cards. They could replace the card in 3 days while I was in Durban. A week has now gone by and I still don’t have a card. Contacted my private banker but even he just made empty promises. After getting the date incorrect for delivery, their courier also got the time incorrect after informing them I am available on at 16h00 they pitch up at 14h00.

Absolutely ridiculous service from a private banking institution.
