Pathetic communjcation
I informed the consultant about the safety protocols the bank’s courier communicated to me and that it is flawed as they did not follow what they communicated. Up to now no one responded back. Communication at times are very weak. In order to prevent this from happening i want to know what other ways there are that are safer.
