Pathetic communication!

Non existing communication from them. The company I work for has issued us with shares. I`ve sent an email on 29/04/2021 (after wasting more than an hour of airtime just holding on waiting for someone to answer) to find out if the shares can be transferred to my stock broker (Easy equities). Still I`ve heard nothing! Phoned again yesterday and today, wasting another hour worth of airtime and still no luck. So my shares are somewhere in space, no way for me to trade, no way I can find out what`s going on because communication from them is non-existing.
