One person in a couple of hours got me the home I wanted and ensured I am a client for life

<p>I needed to secure a 100% loan not subject to selling my current home. Unfortunately my first couple of contacts at Investec seriously dropped the ball. The first gave the impression it would not be a problem and then waited to give me the bad news just before going away on vacation - it would not be possible without selling my place. My offer would then fall through as I needed to provide the loan by the end of the week. The second gave a half hearted try before also going on leave. By now I had given up with the idea that I will never join Investec if that is what their expensive fees pays. The next person I got passed to brought in the home loan specialist Garreth Muller. Wished he was involved sooner. He took time to understand my situation and what I needed, understood the urgency and within a couple of hours he had me the 100% home loan without needing to sell my place. He had one condition - that I join Investec Private Banking. How could I not if that is the caliber of person they employ? I needed to give the others the benefit of the doubt.</p>
