On the 17th July 2025 I have requested bank statements

On the 17th July 2025 I have requested bank statements. Incomplete statements were emailed to me by the lady name Kamogelo Mmitshane. I called asked to email the months I requested. She promised to send before COB but that never happened. On the 5th of Aug she again promised to email the statements and apologized for the delay. I was told it's due to Month end. Todate nothing has been received. No update. This is very frustrating. I don't know how Investec Bank prioritize clients queries.
