No Response to numerous EMails

Once again - no replies to simple emails. Why they have an email address is beyond me. I find this extreemly annoying

Same old story. Why have an email address when staff do not respond. You obviously has staff looking out for complaints logged through Hello Peter. When will I receive a reply please??
