No Interest in Your Clients.

Laid a complaint last week. Was promised I would be contacted and have it attended to. No one bothered to give me a call. My mails to the bankers are being ignored and have decided to close my account. Please get the manager of private banking to give me a call and discuss my woeful experience as an Investec private client.
