If you ever want an office full of really irate workers then use Investec to administer the Employee share scheme. Following a recent vesting of shares, employees trading shares were in for a surprise, o and massive financial losses. Investec decided it would be saving costs in the method used to sell the shares. Bottom line is the opportunity was missed even though there was more than sufficient liquidity in the market.
