My personal experience with Investec Bank.

I used this forum as a tool when deciding if I should move my bank to bank with Investec only a few months ago. It is only fair for me to assist others by sharing my experience thus far. I have experienced nothing but unbelievable service from Investec, from opening accounts, transferring debt orders, purchasing a property at an unheard of interest rate and most recent, replacing a ****** credit card. Whether my experience is based on an overall Investec culture or my personal bankers attitude only, I would highly recommend Investec. Monthly banking fees are higher than most banks but absolutely worth every cent.
