Lounge Key Invesyec

I was impressed with the offering from Investec including their slow lounge options. Claiming to have access to 1100 lounges over the world. Unlimited complimentary acces per Investec Visa Platinum cardholder, plus one guest. Additional entry at $32 per guest. So I was very impressed until we got to the airport. At none of the Airports with lounge key products would they allow a guest, which in this case was my wife. They also claimed kids under 12 get free access. What a humiliating feeling and experience when I stood at the lounge with my family looking forward to our International holiday, not being allowed access. After many calls to my Private Banker and the Service Centre, no success. This happened on OR Tambo, Heathrow and Helsinki. Never felt so embarrassed in my life. All thanks to empty promises from Investec. Not a happy customer.
