Legal fees

My account was handed over. I made a payment arrangement with the related attorneys. I had a problem with the legal fees that I was being charged while trying to settle my account. I called the bank for assistance and I was dealing with the bank directly to avoid the additional legal fees. I made a new payment arrangement which will settle my account in two months to avoid interest. After making the first payment, I asked for the statement. In the statement I noticed that there were still legal fees being charged, I asked the bank and was told that it a late invoice submitted by the attorneys. I was not have but I let it slide. Last month I asked the bank to confirm the final balance on my account and made payment of that confirmed balance. I requested a settlement letter last month and the person dealing with my account was on leave. Today I requested it again, now I am being told that they received the final invoice from the attorneys, no explaination of what they relate to since I was not happy with the additional legal fees that were included last month before my final payment. Now I have to pay an additional R940.50 before getting my paid up letter. I am not happy with this and I won't be able to pay this amount. I don't think they even ask their attorneys why they are still invoicing me while I am not dealing with them anymore. My account was going to be returned back to the attorneys if I did not honor the agreement. What makes me angry even more is that I asked the bank to confirm the final payment, none of this was disclosed to me. This is unfair and I refuse to pay this fee this time. I am being taken for a ride.
