Legal errors and unauthorized deductions
I recently app**** for vehicle finance to acquire a vehicle from my business in my personal capacity. First, the contract was botched, stating that my instalment would be R10k pm instead of R6k. Next, Investec made 2 unauthorized additional deductions totalling R8600 from the account, 3 days after it opened, driving up the amount owing from the agreed R126k to R135k.
