Lazy private banker

Where do i start , just to get them to contact you takes leaps and bounds even though you fill in information on the website however no one contacts you. Once they eventually contact you after numerous calls you get allocated to useless private banker . Asked him for a comparison to do a comparison between fnb private wealth and investec as i am a potential customer, he then goes on to redirect me to the investec website. I mean how lazy can you be , i shudder to think what they will do with your investments and money if this is the type of service they are offering. Pathetic to say the least
