IS THERE A HUMAN CONNECTION
I made an online application and received an email per email ***, on the 5th November 2020. The email requested that I provide AFS and other information, which I reverted as such on the same date.
Subsequently I was requested further information, which I sent again per the same email on the 7th November 2020.
On the 10th November 2020, I made a telephone enquiry to the client services looking for the lady I was communicating with. Later she advised that she had not received my email, which was very strange. I forwarded it again on the 10th November 2020, and she confirmed receipt.
Basically I never had any further feedback regarding the outcome pertaining to my application.

I responded to Investec yesterday at 11am, 17 November 2020 , to their social media email and the contact person was Alessia Passalacqua. The email refers:
"Good Morning Alessia I am applying for Private Banking, and I am based in Port Elizabeth. The person that I was interacting with is Ms Calli Kaftel (Creswick), ***. I have appended the email previously sent."
However, i am of the view, that Investec has no human connection, and they seem not to respond to customers or potential customer. Because i still have not received an acknowledgement of my email above, and any feedback.
