Investrc private banking- is it worth it

Investec has been amazing to me for the most part but now, I'm questioning whether the amount I pay each month is worth it.Iv had a couple of embarrassments where I tell people that I've paid them only to find out that there has been system errors and the amount hasn't gone through. Ive also had a couple of instances where I purchase airtime via the investec app and the money bounces back.In life, it's important to recognize when you do not get value for money and to move on.
