I'm a simple client, I earn a salary and there are certain product and services I need help with from my bank. If you want to know how to make that happen, talk to Investec, they know.

This week I spoke again this Investec as part of my ongoing journey in changing banks. They told me upfront what they needed, I gave them the information and less than 24 hours later it was done, complete, finalised. HOW HARD CAN IT BE FOR OTHER ORGANISATIONS TO DO EXACTLY THE SAME !?
