Investec uncontactable and don't care
I have now spent close on two weeks, and today 20 minutes on the phone, trying to get details on Investec offs**** investment options. I have spoken to at least 6 people who all promise that they will get someone to call me back, but this has not happened despite the numerous promises. Tried to raise a complaint with Investec today, but this seems to be an impossibility as well as the internal transfer never gets answered. Very poor for what is meant to be a premier bank – I certainly would have expected more.
