Investec the main or Nedbank also slow-Bonds

Thought Investec was a good company and first hand experience the opposite. Seems things have turned around and the response for signing for sale of property had to be expedited due to my agent requiring signatures. Just heard today from transfer attorneys that they awaiting the banks. Not saying if it is Nedbank also slow the selling or Investec the buying. Your guess is as good as mine.
