Investec Terrible service
I asked my private banker (Jared ****son) over a month ago to close all my accounts with Investec. He sent me a settlement with a figure not giving a description as to what these charges entail and you as a private banker just accept that’s how it’s done internally.
If hetook the time to value clients time and money then he would have been pro-active and got a break down of the fees before hand – that’s what a good banker would do.
His service has been absolutely terrible since I started dealing with him. He should be ashamed of calling himself a private banker.
