Investec shares

I received a price notification on the 2nd of March after I sold my shares online. The services administrator adviced via email that my money will be paid to me between 5 and 10 working days. Today is the 16th and I still haven't received my payment. I cannot got hold of anyone at their call center. I've tried multiple times and they aren't replying to their emails either. This is pathetic service and I'm definitely going to stop purchasing shares through them.
