Investec sets the tone for SA banking.

Since I left two of the major banks in SA some years back (for a lack of proper service delivery) and joined Investec as a client, my banking experience is incomparably wonderful. I don't need to go to a brick and mortar building ever, stand in a row or wait for some or other person to see me, who is not in or at their desk at the moment. From telephonic interaction with my excellent banker (Jenni Verschoor) right through to doing online banking just provides such a pleasurable experience and professional service. Why can't other banks be like this?
