Investec Service Non-Existent

After years of frustration dealing with ABSA, i decided that he time had come to move banks. Investec was my first option. i have sent through two online applications for someone at Invested to contact me and after a week still nothing. Not a very good first impression. Today I decided to call Invested and after 10 minutes of holding to speak to a banker I was asked to leave my details and someone would call me back within 24 hours. it is very clear from this that Investec is not going to be my new bank as this is worse service than I get from ABSA and this is to open new personal and business accounts.
